hi all what's happening? left christchurch on sunday. hayley had to go back to queenstown. she had some job interveiws to go to. also she has her own place now and she was moving in that day. me,anna and lorna left to go to hanmer springs. small town,nothing much there. we went to the spa pools. went to the hottest one 42degrees!! kept on getting in getting out,so hot. started to rain but that did'nt matter,it just cooled me down even more. went back to the hostel and started to watch some tv but i fell asleep! must be all the hard work i'm doing out here!! haha. as it was sunday i cooked us all roast dinner which went down very nicely!! but mum i wish it was one of yours!! after dinner me and lorna sat down and watched my big fat greel wedding accompanied with a bottle of vodka!! yes we finished it!! yes we were paraletic!! good film!! haha we did'nt make it to our room which we had paided to sleep in!! we ended up staying on the couch!! next day we took ourselves and our hangovers to kaikoura. we checked in to a really cool hostel called dusky lodge. we had the pleasure and use of a swimming pool,sauna,spa,thai takeaway and not forgetting the free cakes from the bakers next door we had the end of each day!! next day me and anna went on a tour to swim with the dolphins. we arrived at the tour shop where we got kitted up with wetsuits,flippers,snorkel and a mask. we all jumped on the bus which took us to the boat. not far only about 5mins. the trip out to sea was so rough. the boat was slapping the water!! we were getting thrown eveywhere. quite scary!! it took us around 20mins to find some dolphins. we were in a small group of 13 so nice and small. we all jumped in and swam towards the dolphins. they are not shy creatures at all. they swim around you,towards you. its absolutely fantastic!! we got to swim with them 3 times as they don't stay in one place to long.got some really cool photos. after we got to take photos from aboard the boat. they were just swimming along side the boat. jumping in and out of the water. doing flips and summersasults!! amazing to see,great experience. i got off the boat and was on a natural high!! went back to the hostel and finished our great day with a couple of bottles of wine in the spa and sauna!! this is the life to live!! next day me and anna went out for a bike ride and we come accross a small fur seal colony. we got some photos as we was able to get quite close to them. on the way back we stopped at a farm and watched some sheep shearing!! come to n/z and you have to see the sheep get sheared!! great stuff!! next it was time to get back on the bus. we left lorna and headed for picton our last stop on the south island!!! when we got to picton we went on a wine tour. got shown around 3 wineries. tasted some really good wine. by the end of it i was quite tipsy!! we finished and got the tour guide to drop us at the ferry terminal. we had allready checked our bags in early so no need to rush. we got on the ferry and me and anna thought we would get back on the vino!! so we bought a bottle. we should of bought it at the winery as it was alot cheaper but never mind. well we carried on aswell when we got to wellington. good night but very messy!! come this morning i felt like i was dead!! had to get back on the bus to go to napier. well i only have 9 days left in n/z!! it's gone so quick! next i'm going to fiji where i'm looking forward to just relaxing on the beach for 2 weeks!! then it's of to ozzy! time is flying! can some one tell me how long i've been gone for??? it does'nt seem long. loks like i'll be having my birthday out here aswell. the 9 of june incase your wondering what present to get me!!! haha. hope yuor all ok. not working to hard! speak soon bye for now
