Busy few days! Yesterday we saw the palace of versailles and the very extensive beautiful gardens- it was a long train ride to get there (about an hour) Today we are going to the catacombs and yet another museum. If time permits we are also going to visit the chocolate museum ! It looks pretty cool. Tomorrow we leave for Bruges - Belgium at 8am. Im excited to go onto a new city, Paris can get so crowded and people can be rather rude.

We saw the louvre yesterday, it was amazing ! We saw a million statues, Egyptians, historical figures, the Mona Lisa, and the list goes on. It was a long day, I was pretty whipped, still felt a bit of the jet leg because I hadn't had a good sleep yet- feeling much better today ! Slept in this morning which was nice, attempted to blow dry my hair with no luck with these outlets ! The plan today is to see the Eiffel tower, i am so excited !

Another cloudy/rainy day. Attempted the incredibly confusing metro today ( I think we are slowly getting the hang of it- going back we made no mistakes!) went to the louvre... it was nice on the outside but for some unknown reason it was closed, so found the cutest cafe and had breakfast and headed to Norte - Dame. This area was exactly how I pictured Paris (our hostel area is very tight..) The church was amazing and we got to hear a mass. We than waited in line ...

We are a live and well in Paris. We landed at 11:10am(2:10am home) Flight was ok. We had a LOT of leg room!! We were right at an exit row so there was no seats in front of us. I (Brennin) thought that the movies were s***.... Dinner was ok, it was a chicken spaghetti, bread, some sort of cold rice salad thing(I didn't eat) we also had a small breakfast right before we landed. It was some what easy to find our hostel. Took one train into Paris had to catch anot...

Arrived safety. Long flight. Found our hostel not too badly .. Had more luck on our side I think. We are on the top floor... A TON of stairs I mean a TON (121 to be precise). Got hit by jet lag pretty bad. Free Internet only goes from 8-6 at this hostel so posts may be delayed. Relaxed and had some beers while watching the soccer game. They are extremely into soccer over here!
