Hi, this is my last stop in vietnam, so sad to leave :( Have visted the presidential palace, and the war museum, and a day trip to the tunnels, as the pics show, all very good. Will update again soon, leave for china 2moro. xxx

This is just a quick update from Hoi An as I'm leaving today for Dalat. We have loved Hoi An - Im really sad to leave! Apparently its the only town in Vietnam untouched by the war so its all the original Vietnam, which is quite hard to come by here as so much of it has been rebuilt. Hi from Vietnam. Think last time I updated was in Chang Mai so still need to fill you in on Hanoi/Halong Bay as it was quite eventfull. Hanoi was nice, very hectic, lots of traffic, we liked it. First impression of vietnam I liked it more than thailand cause it seemed very real and less touristy. Not really much to say about Hanoi - the photos say it all.
