Hello everyone!

We wont go into Sydney much as we didn't have a very nice time there unfortunately! (Not due to the place so much as the people's attitudes, we chose a rough place to stay basically)

Our plans have completely changed as things are much harder here than we thought! We are not going to buy a camper anymore, we did look into 4WDs but have decided Aussi laws are confusing and we don't want to get caught out! so we have brought a hop on hop off bus ticket upto Brisbane. At the moment we are in a little town called Port Macquarie, very Australian and has really picked us back up! The people are lovely. Yesturday we went for a walk though a national park and saw 2 wild koalas! They were soo cute! Tony believes it was his native ozzie tracking side coming out which helped us to find them as he followed the poo!hehe Very clever! Most people apparently never see them in the wild so we were very lucky! We also saw a guy feeding 13 water dragons! This was amazing, they were running upto him and taking meat from his hands! We also went for a walk to the mouth of the river where it enters the sea. All along the walkway there were rocks to protect walkers from water and every rock was painted by different groups of travellers who had stopped off here! Some had some really cool designs, very artistic! Today we have just had a day in the hostel, it was nice to catch up on a few things including 3 weeks of washing!haha We did try to make pancakes seeing as it's pancake day but they went completely wrong! =( Hope you all are going to make some and enjoy them on our behalf!!x
