Hi Guys, so its great to keep getting the messages from home, so keep them coming either by this or facebook! Thanks for the work update Daniel it made me smile! ;-) So we headed to the Li River in Yangshuo for a bamboo raft cruise which was brill and so relaxing, then a little more partying! Then we headed to the countryside of Chaolong which was brill, so pretty! We stayed in a old countryside farm house which did the best food! We also ate Dog here, which generally was a little fatty and chewy not that impressive, and we picked a snake from the farmers house and carried it to the restaurant but daws and I stayed well away from that! Here we took a swim in the river, which was amazing views and the most beautiful stights ever, which then turned into a water cow thingy joining us... very amusing to say the least! After another days swimming and cycling the countryside taking in the stunning scenery we have moved up the mountains to Longji Terraces. Tomorrow we are taking a 5 hr trek through the rice terraces, so should be a very tiring day! Still loving China and this trip has been great seeing each walk of life.. such an experience. Gotta dash for a shower before a group meal. Sorry we havent got back to people we are limited this week to internet access but we are still thinking of you all back there.
