We set off from Trilby Station for a 125km journey to Bourke, it was only a short journey compared to the last one, taking us only a couple of hours to get there.
Its also a very remote place and arriving there on Sunday for 1 night only to find that there was only a couple of places to choose from for dinner felt a bit strange, but the owners of the Bed & Breakfast we stayed in told us of a good Chinese at the bowling club.
The place we stayed at was so beautiful, they had roses and all sorts of different floral displays all round their grounds, they had even recently won this years rose garden competition. They had the rooms done out like the old English style, with old fashioned furniture, was very tastfully done, could of stayed there for a bit longer it was a lovely place to relax.
We spent the afternoon looking round Back 'O' Bourke Exhibition, was very interesting and it even featured the owners of Trilby station in it. Afterwards we went back and chilled out in the pool for a while before going out to the Chinese.
We had another long journey ahead of us the next day so we rested well and got up at the crack of dawn had breakfast and then made our way to Moree.
