Ok so this whole blog thing ain't exactly going to plan! Been either very busy or very lazy.. So now here goes an update of my last few days!
We are currently in koh Samui.. Aka paradise! Lay on The beach as I write this.. The beach which is right outside our little bungalow!! Total bargain yet totally amazing!! Right next door to a lil Chinese restaurant type place.. where a meal costs about £2!! Weve been here about 4 days now! Leaving tomorrow to head down to koh Phangan where the full moon party is!! Which looks crazy!!
We started off in Bangkok n spent a day there! Stayed in a classy little hotel that was about a 10 mins walk away from this absolutely huge mall about 3 times the size of the Trafford centre! Got my first Starbucks of the holiday! I could have actually come out here with nothing n bought everything there for like half the price!outside the mall was a typical little Thai market which was amazing!! Totally came alive at night!!
Second day was spent travelling! Had to change our plan n come straight down to koh Samui In fear of waking up to being surrounded by water!.. Got another flight.. 3rd in 2 days.. Still hate them!! Then there was a bus, a ferry n another bus!! Finally arrived at like about 9pm.. With no clue where we were sleeping! Totally not my style but we landed on our feet and here we are! On the main beach in koh Samui where all the party's happen! Atmosphere at night is outta this world!! Yesterday we went on a tour which was just WOW..saw a tiger, had my photo with a monkey on my shoulder n got slavered on by a greedy elephant before I rode on its back! Good job I lost that stone before I came haha! We really were like Tarzan and Jane lol!! We went on a jeep safari round the mountains, sat on the roof of this car while our crazy driver went full speed down a road overtaking Thai people on their little scooters! Never say that I don't let my hair down and take risks lol! Stopped off at this waterfall and went for a swim before we ate lunch 650metres above sea level with an absolutely amazing view!!
Tonight were going to see a lady boy cabaret show! Matts mega excited lol!! Then tomorrow were travelling again! More ferries!!
Well that's that for now! I'm off to go an have like my 5th shower in the last 2 days.. Still say on the beach at 6pm!!
