So we have had a few crazy days, been mega busy and meet quite a few really cool people!! :-)

Paracas and the Islas Ballestas Islands were fun, we saw a hell of a lot of birds, which i actually hate and the place absolutely STANK of s***!! The Penguins and the Sea Lions were awesome thou! We also went on a National Park tour, which, not going to lie was an absolute waste of time!! Other than that there wasnt actually anything at all to do in Paracas and left after those tours..

Huacachina on the other hand is amazing!! The views, the people, the weather, the sand dunes.. All unreal!! We arrived and went straight on the sand buggy/ sand boarding trip so that we could watch the sunset..! It was one of the best things ive ever done!! No regard to safety at all which made it soo much better and the fun people on our buggy made it really! First sand dune we did on our bellys which was awesome and painful! Obviously i tried to go down a practically vertical sand dune standing up.. Lets just say it didnt go well and leave it at that! Haha! To be fair no-one, not even the 'snowboarders' who were all cocky about it before the first dune could do it that well.. (they then came out with the excuses.. 'ooo its heavier than snow..' 'it doesnt carve right..' haha!!) but the buggy bit was the best part of the trip.. The driver turned the lights off on the return journey in the dark so it was like a rollercoaster we had no idea when we were going to drop!!

On our second night in Huacachina we went to a all you could eat and drink bbq costing £6 ! We drank rum and coke and the famous Pisco sours! Which apparentely has egg white in it! nnnaaaiiicccee! We then hit this club, which was.. Well different to any other club ive been to! The music was good and i had, had a lot to drink so it was pretty good! We rocked out of there at about 2am and decided in true British style that we needed food so off we went to this bar and order potato wedges and cows heart on a stick!! It tasted incredible!! Better than your standard cheesey chips at home!!

We are leaving here tonight on a painful 12 hour bus.. Which did mean i had to pack my bag again, which did mean another argument with my bag and clothes!! We are off to Arequipa and the Colca Canyons trek!! Staying in the Wild Rover which is meant to be a proper party hostel, no sleep and a hell of a lot of alcohol! Bring it on!! They have three hostels and if you stay in all three then you get free drinks and a t-shirt! Parrtttyyyy time! Ha!!
