We arrived at Le Meridian Hotel at about 9:45pm. We were packed like sardines on our flight of 4hrs. We were delayed to begin with but finally we were welcomed at the airport by our private transfer. Fortunately we packed lightly with only 2 suitcases for the 4 of us. We arrived at the taxi and done in African style the taxi driver packed our 2 suitcases, the stroller, and other possessions in the boot and tied it down with rope as the boot would not close. The driver laughed and said they always do this with big families.

We arrived at Le Meridian Hotel and were welcomed by very friendly staff and refreshment which were welcomed.

We got into our room and were very relieved to dump our stuff and have a good bath. We were too late for dinner so we ordered room service.
The sleep was welcomed and Jordan also had a cot.

We had a sea facing room with balcony and as we opened the sliding door we could hear the sea. We put our heads down on our pillows oblivious of what we were to see the following day.
