Hello! Left the cricket boys yesterday after our first international victory against a Sri Lankan side. Its so hot over here (touches 40 degrees midday) that bowling a few overs leaves you absolutely knackered, it felt like someone was standing on my chest, my lungs were so heavy. Batting is just as bad - so Pipes i reckon you shud get fit before you go to Oz. Got the train about 60km down the coast to a little surf/diving town called Hikkaduwa. Going to learn to dive this week hopefully! Some random kid i met at the train station said he was goin up to Colombo then came down on the train to Hikkaduwa which is the wrong way. He wanted to stay in my room but i was having none of it cos id only met him about an hour before and didnt really fancy having all my stuff knicked - what a 'WEIRDY SHEREDY'!
