The countdown is on. Work is behind me and my holiday has officially started. In 4 days I will be on my way to London. All my gear is ready to go into the bag, all the electronic gear and spare batteries are charged, all the cables and chargers are accounted for. Can anyone tell me what people filled their luggage with before they had all this hardware to take with them?

Perth is on holiday today to mark the start of the CHOGM Conference that will be opened officially by the Queen today. They have gone to town with the floral displays and the street decorations. So I get an extra day off work in the lead up to my holiday.
