November 1st is the big day. And it is now less than three weeks until I take off. Most of the big plans are already in place and I'm down to the real details.

I've been looking at what I want to do while I'm in London. A week in London seemed like a lot, until I really started to plan what I wanted to do and see in that week.

A lifetime goal - to see The Mousetrap. MUST DO! There are so many other shows and all of them can be seen in Australia but not The Mousetrap. It is in its 59th year!! How extraordinary is that! So no question about that one.

I want to see Oxford and Bath. Both have been on my bucket list forever, and while it will only be possible to "hit and run" as it were, at least I will carry away memories that will last and will put a real and concrete background in place when I am reading Jane and Morse.

I've been checking out http://www.internationalfriends.co.uk who do Day Tours from London and who are very highly rated on Trip Advisor. I've looked at a lot of other companies, but I think this might be the right one for me.
