The next morning Louise and I met up on the Nimbin tour bus. Nimbin is the hippy and pot central which is meant to be 'interesting' to see. Within a couple of minutes arriving in Nimbin we were pounced upon, being asked if we wanted weed or any cookies. All ages sell the stuff down to younge teenagers, and so there are alot of homeless people there too. We were giving an hour to look around the town which was plenty. Im not really sure how to explain the place, it was very small and colourfull, with the town being at a much slower pace (probably due to the drugs). The outside of shops were painted in peace colours with inscriptions written arond the town with wise phrases and talk of a fair community. I think my photos might show it a bit better. After this we were taken to a secluded waterfall whcih isnt on a map and so quite and incredibly beautiful. We all bought our swimming costumes but the water was like ice. I couple of boys on the tour jumped of the top of the water fall into the plunge pool - i think they were quite stoned at the time but pritty quickly sobered up! From here we went to a large park where we relaxed and chatted making friends with 3 irish girls while our tour guide put on a BBQ.
On the way home we were shattered and i said goodbye to louise as we she was leaving early the next day and we were both shattered. On arriving back at my hostel i eyeing up the hammock but met one of my friends from my dorm and we eneded up going out to cheeky monkeys again with a couple of guys from canada and Israil. We spent a few hours in there chatting to people about their travels but exhaustion soon took over and after a quick pizza pick up headed back to our dorms for a good nights sleep.
