A review of the Ibis Siam Hotel Bangkok

This is truly a good hotel and exceptional value. The staff is first class and very helpful. The foyer is small but adequate and includes a restaurant serving a well priced selection of Thai and western food.

There is a fridge in the room but no mini-bar. There is tea and coffee making facilities but only two tea bags and two instant coffee sachets are provided each day. If you like more tea and coffee in your room than this then you should bring your own supplies.

The air-conditioning is the type where you have an individual on the wall unit in each room. I prefer this kind of hotel air. The TV is fine with a few English stations.

I would recommend this hotel if you don't normally stay >3.5 - 4 star properties.
