Just spent a day in Shanghai! Arrived yesterday afternoon after a long 12 hour flight. Flight was smooth the whole way and we had excellent seats. After making it through customs, we grabbed a taxi to our hostel. We were checked in by 6:00pm. We went for a walk down to their shopping district. Since it was a friday night it was packed with people. We decided to stop for dinner at Haagen-Dazs and enjoy some Ice Cream. After wondering through the shopping district we headed to "The Bund" for some nice Shanghai skyline photos. After the long and exciting day we called it quits for the night.

We woke up ealry this morning, around 4:30am. Went for breakfast a 24hr KFC. after a little more exploring we will be heading to the airport to catch a flight to Taipei this afternoon. We will have an update in a day or two.
