Please leave plenty of messages and don't take it personally if I don't reply or post imediately as wifi is a bit touch and go in some parts of South America! Am generally writing posts on late night buses etc so please forgive any poor grammar as I am probably sleep deprived : ) Peace & Love Homies

Forgot to say that Miami was great and will share some fun stories when we talk next.
Only disappointment was that your godmother would not sample any of the Miami night clubs(for which the city is particularly famous it would seem),but preferred me to sample every bit of Miami public transport in order to visit every architecturally pleasing building Miami has to offer!Did manage to get some time soaking up the sun though!

Godmother
Dear Godson,
At last the muse has moved you to pen more than a few lines this time. Thank you for your birthday greetings - I was out having lunch with your Mum, Michael, Maureen. Pete and Frances ay the Ginger Pig when you rang. It seems that you are continuing to have truly memorable experiences and long may these continue. Your Mum said you are just about to go into the jungle for a few days - so resist the urge to go native and remember you are a Penge boy at heart and a Chelsea supporter to boot.
I hope you don't have to pass a breath test to get into Thailand - if so you might be coming home sooner than you planned...
All love
Godmotherxxx

Back into the blogging groove, I likey. Glad you've seen the back of those overnight bus journeys, reminiscent of that shocking megabus trip, moonwalking from London to Inverness.

Cont. We are playing a test match in Dubai against Pakistan. Lost the 1st played awful. Doing better in the 2nd. Had a small 1st innings lead and hopefully we can bowl them out cheaply and bat through. Mont is bowling well and got a few wickets. Keep you informed

Cont. We are having the kitchen revamped,so Cherry is getting excited at the prospect. Cant see whats wrong the old one, buy there you go. We went to see abrilliant film a couple of weeks back called "The Artist" that you must check out when you get back home. It is up for lots of gongs and tells teh story of the move from silent to talkie films in a brilliant way. No sound in the film and shot on a 3"4 format which is very unusual. cont

Hi Al,
Enjoying reading your blog, about the really exciting places and your new friendships. Its also good to see you are looking swell and keeping fit. All this has really wetted my appetite for travel to South America in 2013 The news here is that Cherry and I have booked to go to California in June on our own "Road Trip" in June. We are starting in San Fran, up to Nappa to sample a few wines (see where you get your interest in drink from), then off to Lake Tahoe, Yosemite and down to the coast at Monterey for 4 days. May have to check this blog business out! Have booked a convertable Mustang so should be a hoot. Collette has finally found a flat to buy in Hove while she spends the next three years at college there learning how to make and run a vineyard. Suzzie has been off to India and Nepal, which she really enjoyed. Work for me is very busy, Having to work 7 days a week at moment as I refuse to work in the dark so having to work in daylight. Had a lot of 1st time passes begining of month so a lot of my pupils still at the "trying to kill me stage," cont
