We are in the Chilean Lake Disctric, with their beautiful volcanos and lakes. We arrived yesteday afternoon after a 5.5hours drive from Concepcion. We left Concepcion cloudy and raining and arrived in Pucon, sunny and warm. We spent the night in a beautiful place looking "Lago CAburga"( photos will be posted later) in the Hosteria of George´s cousin Odette and husband Fernando, remembering old times-

Today, we are in the centre of Pucon, which is a nice village overlooked by the impressive Volcan Villarrica. We had eaten a fish and seafood soup with a good Casillero del Diablo,red! In the morning,we went around the lake Caburga in a motor boat and took lovebly pictures of the lake with the volcano in the background. The weather fantastic! and the best of all, because the summer season is over there is not crowd just a few tourists,and late holidaymakers left. pure delight!

Next entry, I will tell you about Pucon and Villarica and,as we are just starting to sightseeing the place. Iris
