Arrived in Cape Town last night.The Hostel I'm at is OK.Its right in the heart of town - which has both advantages and disadvantages.Everythings close but the partying went on till late.Oh well…I can sleep through anything.I'm ready to be out of Zambia so this is fine.Zambia was great but 3 days probably would have been enough.It was quite expensive and I didn't care for the place I was at but Vic Falls was amazing and made the trip worthwhile.Today I went on a city bus tour.It was a hop on hop off tour so you could get off where you wanted and stay as long as you wanted.I went to the District 6 museum.It was quite sad.Its where the whites completely "evicted" a whole district (similar to a county) of blacks during the apartheid and demolished their homes.Read up on it - it's quite interesting.Then I hit the Castle of Good Hope.A real live castle built in the late 1600's to defend the city.Parts were set up as museums displaying a bunch of furniture and knick knacks from that era.It was pretty cool.Then it was off to Table Mountain.I took a cable car to the top and it was extremely scary!The views were amazing up there but I did get a bit jittery looking down!Stayed a few hours though and had lunch up there.Back on the bus for a trip around the coast.I didn't get off though cuz fog was starting to roll in and it was freezing - I'll save that for another day.Tomorrow its off for a full day wine tour.
