Mum Hi love Just had a thought. If you get this in time, any chance you could look for a pair of Havaianas for me in Manly? I got my last ones in one of those surfy shops in the main street. Don't spend lots of time looking, but if you see a pair that you think I'd like I'd be really grateful. Flowery soles and white tops would be good. If you have no money left ask jacqui to lend it to you and I'll pay her back. Luke Bloody hell. I've got myself the worst job in the world sorting invoices. While I'm sat at my bleak paper-cluttered desk attempting conversation with the most miserable specimens on the planet, you're doing all this stuff. Was there any question that you wouldn't love every second, though?! Sailing sounds awesome - I'd love to do that. Doesn't sound like you were hoisting sails or scrubbing decks, though. Mum Hi love Just a quick hello from Crete!! Just found an internet cafe so I could read your latest entries. Was the sea warmer on Whitehaven beach than when we were there with J & B? Hope so. You won't believe it but I've been swimming in the sea every day here so far!! It is so hot that its the only way to cool down and its absolutely lovely. salt ah kane! hows is it dow under? just siiting in a cafe overlooking the harbour of hvar island. been camping on the site basically on the beach, waking up the last couple of morings and going for a swim in the turquoise ocean and diving off the rocks. been very chilled out. off to brac today and hopefully start the windsurfing for a week or so. the weather is awsome. been around 32 for the last 3 days and set to stay like that for the next few weeks so the comp is in full swing. the 4x4 thing sounds awsome, spoke to lew who did it 2 yrs ago and said it was awsome. cant believe im home in less than 2 weeks, its gone so slowly! but have got arrolla to go to! sounds like uve had a bit of luck on the surfing front, bout bloody time, hope laura didnt have to put up with u almost murdering the board whilst trying! good to hear ure having fun, will be good to swap stories bk in mighty bucks! l8rs salty

Mum Hi Love Sounds like you are having an 'awesome', 'amazing', 'soooo cool' time!! Lovely to hear all about what you are up to and to be able to see photos too. As Flissy said we had a slightly disappointing time in Spain but made up for by the lovely place we stayed at. Weather, altho' v windy, was lovely so we relaxed by the pool, shopped in Jerez and Tarifa and went riding from the hotel. So all was not lost! Off to Crete tomorrow, back day before Toby's birthday. Flissy already fed up of me giving her lots of instructions. She seems to think that I don't think they will survive without me - can't think why she thginks that!! flissy hey hey sounds like you lot are having an awesome time over there. decided whilst sitting in the sunshine in a cafe in tarifa im gonna have to do something next summer - jsut gotta find some people to go with! photos look brilliant at least its a bit warmer in brisbane - little chilly in sydney! im glad someone got to see some whales cos me and mum didnt! too windy too go out in the boats - great for the surfers, not so much for us. stayed in the loveliest hotel place tho. help youself policy from the fridge - all free, including wine! alcoholics paradise - you would have loved it! haha say hey to the other two and keep having fun - so wish i could be with yous! loads of love xxxx
