We woke up at 5:30am for breakfast and left at 6:30am for our three and a half hour hike through Kings Canyon in Watarrka National Park. We went to the zoo today! It was so amazing and by far the best zoo we have ever been to. It took about an hour and a half to get there by train and bus, when we arrived we bought a zoo and night safari ticket and planned to visit both parks in one day, little did we know that we would be so knackered after walking around the zoo. One of the great features about both parks was how minimum bars and glass cages were used.
