We'd seen it would rain on the Wednesday and tried to fit all the main sights into the two days before. I'm glad we did, it rained hard and constantly all day long, and we were glad we could decide to just stay in the hotel and chill out and plan the next parts of our trip - particularly when rob realised the Man City match was showing on the TV in our room!
We only left to go for dinner, when it was still pouring, but we put on our cheap ponchos and risked looking like idiots so we could walk there. The restaurant was well worth it, we just had steak and chips and both were incredible. Easily the best dinner I've had so far. Apparently the cuts the Argentinians prefer are fattier ones, and on the advice of the waiter we had the rib eye. It was absolutely gorgeous, though not normally my thing. We knew it would be good as we got there as it opened, and within 10 minutes almost every table was full! Definitely worth the rainy walk.
