Hi everyone! so sorry its been so long been having far too good a time! um i think the last time we wrote was Wellington, so since then we went over to the South island to Nelson and stayed there for a few days and visited the actual centre of NZ which was pretty cool we then got on the bus with the group that we would stay with for a while until we got into Queenstown. during this time we travelled down the west coast and stayed in a few cool little townsn and met some really amazing people. In one place we had a big fancy dress party with the whole group in this bar in the middle of nowhere which was a really good night!

Then we we got to Franz Joseph for a few days where we got the option to do a hike up the FJ glacier which i did! it was absolutely amazing, we were hiking for about 8 hours up the ice and through ice tunnels and the guide went in front with an axe making steps up the walls of ice for us which was pretty scary, i also got stuck between two huge walls of ice, very cold! After Franz Joseph we went to Wanaka and me and Leti went to do some Archery at this shooting place which was so much fun! Had some Legolas moments! then we got into Queenstown, the party town of NZ, so (when in Rome) we did! had a few good nights out there and the scenery was amazing it set around a lake with loads of snowy mountains around but it was pretty cold as its so far south and the ski slopes were opening a few weeks after we left. Then we went to Christchurch and stayed there for 9 nights and did a lot of sightseeing in the city and a bit of Shopping!

We flew from christchurch to Sydney on th 11th then stayed in sydney airport for 23 with no sleep! then got on a 13 hour flight overnight again to LA! we stayed in Venice beach the first night which is really nice and unexpected of LA, loads of stalls and crazy sights along the beach! then we had a bit of a drama trying to get to our hotel for the next few nights and eventually managed to get a lift with someone who worked at the hostel at 5 in the morning! We went over to Orange county to meet with our tour, stayed in a really nice hotel for 3 nights, which was such a luxury for us! and we went to Hollywood, Santa Monica and venice beach again with our tour and then out for dinner followed by clubbing on Hollywood blvd!! so much fun! we also did an OC toru where we went to Newprot beach and did a cruise around the harbour and saw all the big houses plus sea lions and dolphins!!! right next to the boat! Today we're back at Venice beach and we went to beverly hills and hollywood (didn't see any celebs :(). heading to San Francisco v early in the morning tomorrow.
