So after feeling like criminals we decided that we'd leave the still damp clothes (what's with the steam Bosch?) hanging around our room so it looked more like a Chinese laundry and off we set to see all the London had to offer.
First stop was St Paul's Cathedral, so beautiful :-) you'll have to wait for photos as Rach needs to upload hers, as mentioned I am slack, but I'm on holidays and if I deem it too cold to take my hands out of my pocket to take a photo then so be it lol
The next thing on Rachelle's list was the Tower of London, b**** loves seeing the Crown Jewels ;-)
Of course that leads one to Tower Bridge (often confused with London Bridge) and from there it was Big Ben, Parliament House and Westminster. Throw in a few bottles of cider, some traditional grub and we were well ready to stroll through the Xmas markets in Hyde Park before making our way to the queens place. b**** was home, but she didn't come and say hello or anything. Even when it started to rain she didn't offer us any shelter! And after all those taxes of mine she has taken, that's it next time I see her I'm going to tell her how disappointed I am lol
We picked ourselves up from the queens inability to recognise the great journey we had taken to see her and had a couple of cocktails before settling in to see Wicked. And yes it was Wicked! Keeping with the trend I got sat next to people that didn't speak English and smelt like onions, while Rachelle fell asleep!!! Hahaha
Bloody taxi driver took us on the scenic and expensive trip home and Rach was so tired she'd already ripped her contacts out which meant she couldn't even enjoy the view lol
