Hey everyone, here we are in the Great Smokey Mountain NP. 1200 miles down the road from Boston. On our way we have been to Washington DC, that was a drive - 10 hours, arrived in A major thunderstorm, had to set up camp at 8pm. What you might call character building!!! Well it all worked out and here we are in boston. After landing on Saturday we picked up our "compact" car which is a ford focus saloon. The girl behind the desk couldn't believe we were driving it to LA even after we explained that the American version of compact is not the same as in the UK!
