Its been another hot, hot, hot day here. We arrived at the Masseria Torre Coccaro (The Tower) two days ago. The sun is shinning and the sky is blue. After a beach day yesterday, today was spent in the kitchen cooking up traditional Italian cuisine. What a treat - we created four delicious courses and then dined for 3 hours!
