Well people it all starts today. Just a short one as I have made it to T4 Heathrow and await my plane to Hong Kong. Just the 11 hours flight today!!! Smooth journey down to the capital city - in past the Emirates stadium ( boo hiss ) on the train. Airport so far has demonstrated how well organised I am which does not bode well for the other side of the world - I hope they speak English as good or better than me! So far I have neglected to remember the fluids...
