15th February – Got up at 7.30 to be ready at the bus stop at 9.15am to finish off using the City Sightseeing bus ticket. Travelled around all the circuit and returned to the hotel to pack. Had to check out by 1pm. Bags in lockup at hotel and we are now at a Aussie bar across the river from the hotel in a quiet area using the wifi to upload as data roaming is expensive here. Had lunch as we didn’t have breakfast and finishing off with tea and coffee and watched the wild minor birds and saw our first cat and very first fly in singapore. It’s strange weather – always warm and humid, but clouds over around 1-2pm, no rain though and then clears for the rest of the afternoon – perhaps it’s something to do with being close to the equator?... We will pop back to hotel to use the guest room to freshen up before we are picked up for the airport at 4.40pm. Oz here we come......

Mom/Dad D All sounds wonderful we are jealous. Good to hear you have made the most of your time there. Have a safe onward journey to Oz.
M & D (S) So you haven't been kidnapped then!!!!! Sounds absolutely wonderful (if you can forget the prices!) but understand that these experiences have to be felt. Have a relaxing onward journey to OZ and look forward to the next "instalment"
