Hi everyone. Well it's day 6 of my travelling adventure and there's so much I have to tell. We arrived in Joburg on Jan 21 and managed to have a look around the city and not get mugged! We then travelled through South Africa to Greater Kruger where we stayed at a place called uBushman's Lodge which could have been taken from the set of India Anna Jones with its straw huts, campfire and loos and showers with no roofs! We took a night drive where we saw elephants in the sunset and a lion which was about 4 metres away. We then watched some African chikdren dancing in the middle of a thunderstorm before heading to Kruger park the next day where we saw all the big five and more. Later that night the owner of the campsite we're staying at came back with the lens of his camera bitten off my a lion and a pics of the inside of the lions mouth!! After that we travelled to Botswana and stayed at a place called Elephant Sands where the elephants jwonder around the campsite. We were sat in the pool while one bather in the waterhole opposite. Amazing. We took a bushhans walk, went crusing down the Chobe river and today we are in Zambia where we'll be doing white water rafting followed by a tour of Vic Falls. Then its back t Botswana where we'll start t head down to Cape Town.

I'm already having the time of my life (despite the spiders which are the size of my hands and slugging around our camping equipment in the pouring rain). The locals are lovely and constantly waving at us in the bus. That's it for not cos I'm off on a booze crise but I'll send at update soon. Missing you all lots x x x x
