Hi everyone.

Apologies for not getting in touch sooner but the Africa trip has been so hectic and barely had a chance to stop! Since I last sent you a message I've been white water rafting up the Zambezi which was an incredible experience with stunning views and 25 different swells all of which ranged from 1 to 5 in toughness. I managed to fall off on the second swell and got stuck under the raft which totally freaked me out but the adrenline rush you get was incredible. After that we visited Vic falls . Breathtaking and got totally soaking wet!!! Then it was off to Botswana again where we were taken on a bushman walk with real bushman who are part of a tribe known as the Sans. They communicate by clikcing their tongues and were the most friendly and giggly bunch of people I've ever met. I'm not sure of their ages as they don't keep time or dates just memories. I've done lots since then including being cannoed out to a remote island on the delta where we slept out in the middle of know where with only a dug out hole in the ground for the toilet!!!!!! There's so much more but I can't remember know apart from the sky dive which I did yesterday in Nambia which was without a doubt the most incredible experience of my life. Me and Nic went up 10,000ft in a tiny aircraft and then free-falled 5,000 feet before the parachute went off and we spiralled to the ground!!!! Can't quite believe I've done it but want to do it again and again. Just amazing!! Today I sand-boarded down the dunes in the Nambia desert and also had a go and sleighing down a dune at what felt like 100mph!!!!
