Captain Canuck A little past history now but it's a Canadian Federal offence to chase wildlife, we call it harassment of wildlife and if you were caught you would have faced pretty hefty fines and possible deportation. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit to Canada but please don't be cruel to the wildlife in your travels. Pretty sure you wouldn't want to be run down and chased for two kilometers by drunk men on 3 wheelers and motorcycles.
