Oooo got your card this morning we have checked the words on it with an atlas. We couldn't work out what all the blue bits were, but Granny says you musn't leave it too late to get to the bus stop to get home in time for Christmas, as we are not sure if they celebrate it in the place wot was on that picture on the front of your postcard. Don't worry if you are a little late back - we have sent your presents to your home address and they will be ready for you to open when you get back. I'm on-call next week but down at the College on Friday afternoon for a Tutor's meeting.

I fly in Sat 20th Jan in the evening and fly out following Sat 27th Jan in the evening.

That's a whole week with your big sister. Eek!

Enjoyed the new photos, especially the Python - hope it made a good meal.

You clearly have been roughing it - as well as putting up with jibes over English cricket, although we have pardoned ourselves in the last few days.

Boro lost to Man U, Charlton drew but still on bottom. Derby lost at W.Brom after 6 wins in a row (David went - and must have regretted it). N'cle not playing this weekend.

Cold and damp in Derby today. Abbs is dying on the sofa, you know what I mean ....

Got to go, we got a sonic toothbrush yesterday and after first use this morning my teeth all really hurt when I type!

Just had to give a 10 minute presentation and fluffed it from being a bag of nerves. Ugh! Ah well I have a 30 minute one to do next year on my dissertation - the joys of studying again!

Anyway we need more news! Are you getting any kind of a tan with all that sun block you're wearing? What are the shoe shops like? I need retail therapy!

I saw Clare Ryan at a gig the other night too. I'm hoping to catch up with her soon. But term ends next Friday (My Birthday!!!! wooo!! :D) so not sure when I'll get chance....

I'm going to see Bond tonight. Yay! I'm super excited. Then on Saturday I am going to the Tate Modern where they have a Carsten Holler exhibition, which consists of huge slides. Apparently they are mega fun.

Flat is still in boxes, but I'm sure we'll get there at some point. That lovely gastropub I took you two is a dangerous 4 seconds stagger from my front door ;)

Plan to book NZ flights on Monday so you can look forward to seeing my ugly mug soon!
