Well I got here in one piece and I am stying with warm, running water with 2 security guards. Very SAFE! But the poverty and disability is a little overwheling at times. I went to an outreach clinic today and saw over 100 people from all sorts of conditions and diseases. We set up shop in an abandon "house" the size of a one car garage and 2 small rooms all without electricity. We had 2 doctors and 2 nurses with us. Lots of babies and kids and one of the grandmothers brought her 6 day old grand-daughter to give her away. In Haiti, Voodoo suggests that a child with a disability is bad lick, and the mother was still in the hospital sick...

Food is strange, they served goat for dinner and I ate a lot of fruit/sweet potatoes.
