Today we moved on from our stay in paradise to give our back pockets a rest and continue to explore. We caught the train not too far away to a little place called Lauterbrunnen. Troy had visited here on another holiday and wanted to take Case there for a look and to do a day trip to Jungfraujoch.

During check in, the lady suggested we take a cable car up the mountain behind the hotel and either take the train or walk along the mountain ridge. So after settling in, we boarded the cable car and headed up the mountain with Case's eyes firmly shut. The view at the top was stunning, as was the walk through the snow.

After half an hour we arrived at another ski lift and a small restaurant where we pulled up a stump for some lunch and to relax and admire the view. It's going to be really hard to leave this place…

Retracing our footsteps, we headed back to our room to relax a little and have some drinks and admire the view of the waterfall from our room window. As we don't have a fridge in our room, the drinks were soon sat outside on the balcony to chill in the 0 deg air!

Dinner complete it's now time to chill for a while before we crash after another big day for the travellers!
