At Tuscon, we went to the Sonora Desert Museum. It was by far my favorite museum. We walked through a cave and saw how it has transformed over millions of years. Heather and I spent a great deal of time in the Hummingbird garden, reminiscing about Nana. She would have love it, because her fondness of hummingbirds.
We went for dinner at Ed and Heather's friend in Cave Creek. Mary’s home should be made into an old western museum. I haven’t seen a house that had such cool stuff inside. There was even an old western saloon!
Heather, Carter and I went for a hike up the mountain to an old gold mine. The view was spectacular. Carter and Heather were very fortunate to have the own private tour guide.
The dinner was fantastic. There were ten people at dinner including Baxter Black and his wife Cindy. My Nana would very jealous that I met Baxter Black.
After dinner, we drove back to our hotel in Eloy.
