left alice springs today and flew into sydney but i have to admit, it feels good to be back in sydney again. met up with katie and dropped my things off at her awesome apartment and we went to the same bar that we went to last time, called greenpark or greenwood hotel. can't remember, green something. but it was so weird because the scene had completely changed since the last time. the crowd was so different and there was a dj that was playing really bad music, except for like two songs, but no one was dancing. it was so weird how much it changed since the last time we went was on a thursday too. oh well, still had a good time. we met up with her roommate amanda who just graduated with me but in grad i.d., she's cool, we all got along well.
not a long night since the girls had work the next day. let's just say that sleeping on their couch was like luxury for me. to be able to sleep on something that is thicker than pita bread was nice.
i can't believe my tour is over!!!!! it was sad to say goodbye to the leftovers of our trip. there was only eight of us left from the east coast trip and now only three continued up to darwin. =( so sad! i will miss everyone!
