Being honest, I´m really really sad.
I fell in love with Buenos Aires and after walking the last time in the streets of San Telmo, mi barrio, and the last sip of the best capuchino you can get in my favourite Cafe Clásico... I cried.
I surely hope that I can some day move back there and I bet I will.
Adios Buenos Aires, You will always be the city I love the most and where I wanna come back the most. Muchísimas gracias a todos, le amo, ahora y siempre, y che, yo voy a volver.
Buen día Bolivia!
I didn´t believe in altitude sickness before yesterday but getting to 3669 meters to Uyuni during roughly 39 hours was too much apparently. The headache reminded me of a bad hang-over and, honestly, I don´t wanna experience a hang-over here in Bolivia... I´m sure it would be even worse than Phil Collins -darra (and that´s something I DO NOT wanna experience)!
The road from Villazón to Uyuni felt pretty dangerous when a big bus ascends the one-lane dust roads during a thunderstorm and some snow in the road... Got to hostel safely so now I can just say What an experience!
Tomorrow to Salar de Uyuni to see the surreal and world´s biggest salt plain (fingers crossed that there is water so we can experiencer the world´s largest mirror!) and on Tuesday to world´s highest city Potosí.
Merry Christmas, a bit different one this time but that´s the price of living and experiencing South America to its fullest. :)
