Yesterday we went to Freycinet National Park. After a morning sleep in we jumped in the car and headed across to Coles Bay. We stopped at Muirs Beach and had breakfast. I had two croissants and an orange juice. We bought our entry tickets to the park. We parked at the base of Mt Amos and started the Wineglass Bay lookout walk. We got there in 22 minutes, but it started raining. It was cold, rainy and windy. Not good for taking photos. We started the descent down to Wineglass Bay Beach. The rain stopped and the walking was easy. I think the sand was whiter than the sand at the beach in Jervis Bay. I would have loved to go snorkelling in the crystal clear water. We crossed the Isthmus to Hazards beach. It was a nice beach and it faced towards Swansea. we started the loop around the base of Mt Mayson. When we finished I raced back to the lookout to take some photos. The kayaking people said it was rough to go sea kayaking. Instead we went kayaking on the logoon. I had a great time and we won MKR The K actually stands for kayaking. We stopped between two jetties and met the instructors aunty. I had two oyseters and some milo. We set off back to the boat ramp and it was gold to the G and B team. We completed to victory laps while we waited for the others to arrive. We had dinner at a tavern before setting off to Swansea. We were going vert slow to avoid hitting any animals. There were 13 sightings and luckily no near misses and no hits. When we got home we went to sleep almost straight away.
