Back to my 'home' of London for a couple of days of rest and shopping, lots of Starbucks and Tube rides and a sad farewell to Europe.

Sunday 5th October: Arriving back in London to the usual traffic jams and cold weather. I dashed to KFC to taste chips and gravy then settled into my hostel and went shopping for some food supplies and relaxed.

Monday 6th October: So I had a couple of things I hadnt ticked off my London list so up and on my fav Tube to Piccadilly Circus and into Soho where I stumbled upon my favourite Carnaby St (thanks Dad!!). Then home to drop off my shopping then out to Camden Markets for some more shopping and some amazing food. Home for dinner and some movies.

Tuesday 7th October: Out to Portobello Road for Starbucks (how I miss you!!) then a trip down the the antique/boutique shops. Discovered a fantastic cupcake shop and an average falafel place. Headed home one last time for dinner and movies and to pack my bags one last time.

Wednesday 8th October-Thursday 9th October: Up and on the Tube out to Heathrow, I finally understood just how big it actuallu was. A goodbye Starbucks and I was boarding the plane with 100kgs of hand luggage for my marathon flight. First stint to Dubai then to Brunei then finally Perth. Not a wink of sleep and average movies but at least it worked this time. And I was home in beautiful Perth.
