Well I was too tired yesterday to enter anything. We had a gerat day in Whitehorse, taking in all the local flavor. Sat abord the SS Klondike and learned about the life of the riverboat workers. If anyone ever complains about working too hard they should take a lesson from them. We went on a cruise up the Yukon River and "shot" the miles canyon. Today was a long day of driving and was very rough. Like a roller coaster with pot holes. I guess the permafrost prevents any decent roads from staying good. So many frost heaves. We are in Tok today and enjoying the flavor at the "Sourdough" campground. Had a sourdough pancake toss tonight but we missed it. Our plans have changed a bit aS the forest fires around Fairbanks are making travel in that area precarious. We are going to head to Valdez on Sunday instead and hopefully the smoke will settle down. Kinda smokey here and cloudy as well. Trying to rain.
