Last morning in Amsterdam. Woke up and quickly packed the rest of my things up before heading to breakfast. My goal this morning was to buy a few Amsterdam/Holland postcards. So Ashley, Grace, and I took a walk and found a few. We sat in a square for an hour watching pigeons and people posing crazy for pictures before meeting up with everyone to take the train to the airport. Our first flight was from Amsterdam to Detroit, and I filled the entire flight watching The Artist, Anonymous, Horrible Bosses, and Footloose. I did some serious catching up on movies I wanted to see on these long flights! We had a bit of a wait in Detroit, and most of us used that time to finally call and text home. Flight from Detroit to Minneapolis was as boring as it sounds, but everyone from our group was cheering as we landed- finally back to the home state:) Boarded our flight to Fargo soon after, and arrived at Fargo airport at 11:30 p.m. We all said our see-you-soons at baggage claim, and now for the two hour ride home to Melrose with Bernie and Lisa.
