so we walked for over an hour today to get to the beach and it was not exactly what I had expected. I was anticipating my mediterano swim for days... and we didnt even go in the water. the sand was more like dirt and the water was more like the bay and for some reason it had a nasty smell... oh well im glad i saw it at least. maybe it will be beautiful in italy, although the firls that were staying in our hostel last night said the beaches werent that impressive there... we'll see. something hilarious did happen on our way though.. we saw this naked man walking, and had himself pierced there along with a speedo tatooed onto himself... only in barcelona. trent better not erase this. it was hilarious. anyways we went to the big outdoor market and decided that we are going to eat all of out meals there until we leave... yum. i have never seen fruit so bright. there was also so many types of fresh fish and seafood that i have never ever seen.. (dad i took some pics for you). well it is time to go and meet trent in the plaza. love you!
