The boys picked me up from Johns doorstep as they had satnav. Dave and G are so sweet and took care of me. Im always travelling with guys huh???? Too bad my hearts in the UK.
We ventured back into Auckland (Johns friend lives in the North Shore just outside of the city) for afew chores then set on the road to rotorua.
Rotorua is a small town/city with ALOT of hot springs and mud pools. It was very pretty with plenty to explore. The first night we stopped at a volcanic site and saw boiling mudpools and such then headed to a camp site. The back of the bus converts into a double bed which the boys obviously had. I put the passenger seat right down and slept there. All was well untill i woke up at 4am freezinggggggg cold. If i knew the boys better i wouldve climbed in the back but didnt want to push my luck as they wouldnt accepted enough as it was. G and I walked out of the camp site and Dave drove out only paying for one. We split the price between 3...naughty but it has to be done when we have zero moneys... haha!!!
The following day we headed in town to do what we do best...be tourists. We checked out the zorbing and wondered around town. i couldnt decide a plan of action, i knew i had to be in Wellington by the 22nd or Napier after the 22nd to see Scott. I booked a bus to wellington and got a special deal... $1. The journey is about 6 hours i was chuffed but couldnt decide if i wanted to go or not.
I played baseball with the boys all afternoon and they were talking about going to an Irish pub and what to do for dinner. I decided not to get my bus id booked and stay with the boys for another day.....we headed to Lake Taupo
