I'M HERE!!!!

It feels so good to be in Madrid after two weeks traveling all over Cataluña with Mare Nostrum (details will come once I have recuperated)! The seminar was crazy and exhausting. I am so happy to be in a house and have my own bed and not live out of my suitcase anymore.

We flew from Palma de Mallorca to Madrid today, and all day I was a little anxious about coming here and having a family and home. But, my Spanish casa is amazing and this area is perfect! Right now I'm sitting on my tiny balcony thing (stealing internet from Peter nevertheless) and right outside is the Opera. And if I turn to the left I can see el Palacio. Outside the window some musicians have been playing jazz music all night, which I couldn't love more! I'm totally in loveee. I feel like I'm in Sex & the City but in Madrid.

And, I love my señora! She is so relaxed and super nice. She's really accommodating and has already been so helpful. And, as Ange & Liz promised me, Tata is amazing! She is the most adorable woman ever. Everything here is going better than I could have ever imagined.

Haha oh boy, some Spanish boys just said hello to me from the street!

I think I'm going to like this city even more than New York.
