So yesterday and today were full of adventure. We went on a 3 hour hike which was awesome. We got to see a lot of old archeological buildings and remains….very cool! We also learned that in Greece that after you die you are only in the tombstone for 3 years…then they take you out…clean your bones with wine and pack you in a box to be stored somewhere! Greece is absolutely beautiful! It is everything I hoped it would be. J Well I guess I will start by telling you the story of getting here. The airplane ride was…well…an airplane. I had to get on three airplanes and they were long, uncomfortable, and freezing. Haha and the airports were boring—but enough with that part. No one cares about the airports anyway! Even though I don't leave for Greece for two more days...I figured I would get the blog all set up. I am supposed to be packing right now...but I figured creating a blog was great use of my time! :) I cannot begin to explain how excited I am to be spending the next six weeks of my life in Greece.
