Heathrow to Harwich

This morning we woke up early again. We watched a movie in bed and decided we better walk back down to McDonalds to use the free WIFI and check in back home and transfer some money. Before we packed up and moved on we had some breakfast at the hotel. The buffet here is better than the one at Hong Kong (says Trav).

We checked out about 10am and walked down to the bus stop to get the bus back into the airport where we would catch the train to London Parrington. From here we caught another train out to Harwich. We were busy concentrating on the computer at the time and almost missed our stop!! We arrived here before lunch and were not boarding the Stena line boat until 11pm. Needless to say it was a very long afternoon! We asked around on what there is to do for the afternoon but no-one could suggest anything for us. At 8:00pm someone came and woke us up and told us the ship was ready to board, finally! After checking in and going to our cabin, which was really nice, simple but clean we walked around. This ship had everything from buffets and restaurant to basketball courts, kids rooms and playgrounds and movie cinemas, pokie machines and shops. We had dinner on board at the restaurant and nearly fell asleep at the table so called it a night pretty early. We both had a bowl of sweet onion soup which was really strong.
