Berlin to Prague

This morning we had to get up early as our train was at 9am from the central train station. We were one of the firsts into breakfast and out again. The train ride to Prague was 5 hours. As nice as it was to see the snow it was nice to see it go again as we drove through the very pretty countryside.

Once we got to Prague we asked for directions and got a map however the map did NOT line up with how the streets were really laid out, therefore a ten minute walk to our hotel turned into a two hour one walking in circles and lugging around our backpacks. We were hungry and both getting frustrated and cold but had no idea where to go. Eventually we asked someone that put us in the right direction and we got there.

Our apartment was massive! It was no joke the size of our house and had everything from a kitchen to a laundry, so we made the use of the facilities!

First thing we did once we had taken our backpacks off was go in search of some food. We found this cool little restaurant and had two courses each and a couple of cocktails each and it only cost AUD$20.
