Day 5 Woke up early this morning to a misty start over the Pacific coast at Pismo Beach. Had a bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast before walking into town with Chris & Mum for a bit of retail therapy. Day 4. We got up early, grabbed some cereal, had a shower, and then left to go along Highway 1 again to Pismo beach. Its only about 120 miles, but most of it is small windy roads along the coast and cliff tops, so at 20 to 30 miles per hour. Mum spent most of it freaked out and Chris was relaxed driving. Day 3 We all woke up quite early, I think we are still on UK time which is eight hours in front. Mum cooked bacon sandwiches then we went for a walk around the campsite. It was really lovely, and we had a spot right next to the Big Sur River. Day1 After a 5 hour delay stuck on Heathrow runway due to a hydraulic leak on our plane, we left on our BA 11 hour flight to San Francisco.
