I'm so tired! We definitely hit Disney land as hard as we could although it feels like Disneyland hit us! Today we are going to Washington DC! I don't know much about Washington. Basically all I know is that the White House is there and that president Obama lives there. I don't even know where we are staying or what we are seeing! I am looking forward to finding out all my queries. We had to get up so early when I went to bed so late! We took a shuttle (super shuttle) to the airport. Luckily our plane wasn't cancelled or delayed it was right on time. The man making the announcements made the time go by because he was quite funny. We were in the front seats of the whole aeroplane which didn't seem to be much different to a normal seat but for mum and dad (especially mum) who has long legs, it was superb, well thats what what mum keeps saying. We arrived in Baltimore and took the super shuttle to Washington DC! The man driving us took us around the long way which showed us lots of really beautiful American style houses. It wasn't as boring as it sounds because there was a nice Australian girl from Sydney. Apparently she talked about herself too much but I didn't notice because I'm used to it (when mum and dad catch up with there friends I am sat there with no entertainment! I mean who do they think they are but anyway my way of not getting too bored was by listening in to what they were talking about and who knows, it could actually be interesting). The Sydney lady had this really cool Yoda bag that I actually saw in Disneyland (look at photos for detail) that we were thinking of getting!
The shuttle dropped us off right at our hotel. We were lucky! The hotel was really nice (apart from the fact that I was given a sofa bed that had wires sticking into me which isn't a problem because it was fixed the next day)!
That night we had a walk to the monument that looks like a massive needle (in other word i have no idea)! From that view we tried to find the white house off in the distance. It was a lot harder than we thought (what mum and dad thought is more like it) mum and dad said that it would be simple to find and that I'll know it know see it. They were wrong! We thought we found it but we weren't fully sure. That was a really late night and because we hadn't got our better room yet (we were getting it the next day) we were stuck with the bad room! The cafe right below us were loud & my bed was uncomfortable while mum and dad we're astonished of how big their bed was but I just got on with it and hey, I shouldn't be complaining, I'm on a holiday in America!
