Today we all roused at about midday, turns out I'd got an early night compared to the boys who had made it their mission (when returning from Kings Cross at 9am) to find a tramp to give their unwanted kinder bueno!

I asked what time we needed to check out, and she said it was 10am, and that she'd tried to wake us but we were all passed out!! oh dear! Packed up, showered and left pronto, met Kelvin then got the bus to Bondi Beach.

Its absolutely amazing, and much less touristy than I imagined! We checked in at Noah's Backpackers (very grumpy reception bloke) and settled in. Tom was still feeling extremely worse for wear so he spent the rest of the day curled up in bed, Ed and Kelvin hit the beach and I had a potter round the shops, and took some pics of the beach.

In the evening met up with Tim, who me and Eddy met in Austria in sept 2005, so good to see him!! I thought iI wouldn't recognise him but I knew it was him the minute he walked in! Also met his brother, cousin and girlfriend, who are all lovely. He took my massive suitcase back with him, he's kindly looking after it while were travelling round, so I'm a real backpacker now!!

After they left, Eddy, Kelvin and I went to another bar down the road, Tom had left his schooner at the hostel and returned to bed! A schooner by the way is 3/4 of a pint, and its what is served here instead. unless u purposefully ask for a pint. Its called different things all over oz! I only stayed for one drink at the bar, decided to catch up on sleep!!
