To describe San Francisco is very difficult, other than saying it was a bit hilly. We heard the people were very strange and on the first night saw a man hiding behind a home made bush and jumping out on people and also a man dressed as a dog and his dogs dressed as humans. We done the only thing you can in this situation......stopped for pictures!!!!!
Spent the first night around Fishermans Wharf and Pier 39 which is the main toursit area.
Next day we made our way up San franciscos massive hills on the famous cable cars. We took it in turns to hang off the side until we was told off by the driver. The car took us to Union Sq which is like downtown and had a look around. Then made our way back up the hill, this time walking. We can not begin to explain what a bad idea that was (when back at the bottom our legs went into a spasm) but the views from the top were incredible. Once at the top saw the crookedest street which is just stupid.
Final day was spent at the Golden Gate Bridge, which is very impressive and alot higher than we thought and Golden Gate Park which is so big it makes Central Park look like a garden. After getting lost for about an hour made our way to China Town for some food!
